We do not refund the amount paid for consultations or services in the event of illness or bereavement of the service provider (fortune teller/magician). In such cases, we ask for your understanding in waiting for the professional's physical or emotional recovery so that the scheduled service can be carried out.

Full policy

No Refund for Provider Illness/Bereavement:

The amount paid for consultations or work is not refunded if the provider becomes ill or is in mourning. The service will be performed at a later date.

Commitment is to Reschedule:

The main solution in case of an unforeseen event on the part of the provider is to reschedule the service. The client must wait for the professional to recover.

Communication is a Priority:

The provider (or their team) must inform the customer about the unavailability as soon as possible and propose new dates as soon as possible.

Exception: Immediacy Rate:

Only the amount paid as an "immediacy fee" will be refunded if the urgent deadline cannot be met by the provider.

Specific fee refund

If the emergency service is canceled due to unavailability, only the extra fee (and not the full value of the service) will be refunded.

When contracting, the client agrees to these terms, understanding that he/she must wait in case of illness or bereavement of the provider, except for the emergency fee.
